Sr. HR Executive (Recruitment & Generalist Profile)

HR JD: We are looking for an HR Profile (Recruiter & Generalist) to manage our full-cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. You will also be responsible for the personnel and cultural growth of the Firm.
Designing and implementing recruiting systems for the organization.
Designing and updating job descriptions
Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
Performing reference and background checks
Making recommendations to company hiring managers
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
Following up on the interview process status
Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
Staying current on the company’s organisation structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and University associations
Completing timely reports on employment activity
Closing the positions in a given set of time frame
Managing the salary structure of employees.
Organizing and conduct training programs
Managing the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to selection.
Excellent communication skills- verbal and written.
Conducting orientation and exit interviews
Effective people management skills for interaction with clients, visitors and fellow staff members
Managing Employee Engagement Activities & focusing on the enhancement of the organization culture
Payroll and timesheet maintenance
Handling employee queries
Intimation for all compliances.
Team building activities
Training and Development.
Assist in the coordination of organizational changes and provide both administration and face-to-face support
