Job Description:-
1.Candidates should have experience in direct sales of plastic pallets and other related material handling products.
2. He should develop new customers while maintaining existing sales within assigned customers and given sales territory.
3. He should interact with the internal design team.
4. He should persuade the clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.
5. Should provide Pre-sales technical assistance and product education and after sales support services.
6. Achieving regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects.
7. Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
Mandatory Experience: Material handling industry.
Experience, Skills and Qualifications required:
8-12 years of experience, preferably from plastic pallet Industry & Material Handling Equipments etc.
Demonstrable track record of achieving stretch targets
Strong & Effective contacts/connections in large companies of the target industries.
Be an active part of the goal setting of the company, and achieve the targets.
Understanding the current business model, and future plans of the prospect, point by point as per the given formats.
Ensuring maximum strategic gains for the clients as well as the organisation.
